Maintenance Division
Maintenance Division maintains Town-owned facilities and parks. The Maintenance Division provides a safe, clean and well-maintained atmosphere in which to conduct public business and leisure.
In addition to routine repairs, the Maintenance Department:
- Manages a preventative maintenance program for major equipment and building components internal and external
- Duties include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and other tasks
- Provides assistance and consulting services to Town staff for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, remodeling and other tasks
- Ensures buildings meet safety, fire and disability code requirements
- Provides emergency service
- Oversees contractors repairs for different Town facilities and parks
