Outdoor toboggan hill current status.
The outdoor toboggan hill is unsupervised, use at your own risk.
These free amenities will be available for the winter season at the ROC (weather permitting). Pre-registration or tickets are not required. Inflatable toboggans, GT snow racers, skis and or snowboards are not permitted on the toboggan hill.
If rules of play are not followed, the Town will close these free amenities.
YRT service to the ROC
Patrons visiting the ROC can now use the YRT On-Request service, which will provide riders with a trip itinerary for their journey to the ROC. ROC season pass holders can present their pass as valid fare payment for the On-Request service to the ROC during the winter 2024/25 season.
To enhance coverage and improve customer experience, effective Jan. 5, 2025, On-Request North, On-Request Holland Landing-Mount Albert and On-Request Newmarket-Aurora-Oak Ridges will be consolidated into a single service area known as On-Request North Central.
Note: YRT Route 50 will no longer be diverting to the ROC during the 2024-25 winter season. Instead, it will be served exclusively by YRT On-Request service.
