Due to the construction of the replacement Civic Centre, the current visitor parking will no longer be available as of Thursday, Aug. 15, 2024.
The following changes have been made to accommodate visitor parking –
- Four parking spaces will be available in the roundabout at the front of the Civic Centre for short stays.
- Designated accessible parking spots will remain as is and are available in the roundabout at the front of the Civic Centre.
- A pedestrian walkway (line painted hatched pathway on asphalt) will be in place from the roundabout to the rear staff parking lot.
- Designated visitor parking spots will be available in the back staff parking lot. Visitors to the Civic Centre will be required to walk from the visitor parking to the front of the building to access it. Signage will be in place to assist visitors.
This change in visitor parking will remain in place until construction of the replacement Civic Centre is complete.
