Report a Problem

Are you looking to report an issue you've noticed in the Town of Georgina?

You can report a problem below or through Georgina's Recycle Coach App by using the 'Request Service' feature.

You can also contact Service Georgina by email or at 905-476-4301, ext. 3001.

Reporting an issue with your waste and recycling pick up

To report an issue with your pick-up:

  1. Choose "I want to report a missed waste/recycling pick-up"
  2. Confirm your address and select Submit
  3. Choose which collection was missed

Please note: If you do not put your address in the search bar you will not be able to report the missed pick-up.

Reporting any other issues

To report an issue not related to waste and recycling:

  1. Select "I have a different problem" from the list
  2. Enter your name, email and address
  3. Provide details about the issue
  4. Upload a picture of the issue (if applicable)
  5. Click Submit
