Starting Oct. 21, 2024, the Link will offer a Drop-in Support Program open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., providing resources and assistance for those in need of shelter and housing support.

Location: Georgina Ice Palace (Main Entrance), 90 Wexford Drive
Fridge Hours of Operation: Donations and food access will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Anyone can contribute to the fridge 24/7, fostering a sense of unity and shared responsibility. The Georgina Community Food Pantry (along with staff and volunteers) plays a crucial role in the management of the fridge, overseeing sign-ups, volunteer management, and coordinating food donations.

Drop-in programs provide vital services and supports in a safe and welcoming environment for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness over the age of 16.
Drop-in programs offer access/referrals to:
- Meals (lunch, snacks, coffee, tea, and other beverages)
- Personal care services (washroom, shower, and personal care items)
- Clothing
- Primary care and mental health services
- Employment and income support
