Town introduces online portal for residents to access tax and water bills

In an effort to move services online and have information more accessible to residents, the Town is launching a new online portal – the tax and water portal. It will allow residents to receive and view their tax and water bills electronically.

“This is an exciting step forward in our effort to provide more online services for residents, allowing them 24/7 access to information on their tax and water accounts,” said Mayor Margaret Quirk. “Our goal is to make services more accessible, reliable and convenient. The world has changed, and we must respond to that by being innovative, and providing our community with new tools and resources.”

Residents will now be able to –

  • View account balances
  • View account transactions
  • View bill(s)
  • Receive tax and water bills via email

Accessing the portal can be done through georgina.ca/TaxandWaterPortal or directly at access.georgina.ca.

Residents can set up an account and gain access to their bills using the PIN number and account number that is located on their bills. They can also choose how to have their bills sent to them, either by mail or email.
