Options: The Link kitchen can be booked, for an additional fee - see below, along with the event hall. The open-concept commercial teaching kitchen overlooks the Event Hall but can be closed off and is equipped with a large island, Gas Range, two Turbo Fan Convection Ovens, 40 Gallon Gas Tilting Skillet, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with small wares.

The Link event hall rental rates
- General Rental without alcohol - $28.71 + HST per hour
- Non-profit rental with sales - $50.50 + HST per hour (min. 3 hours)
- For-profit rental/sales - $114.84 + HST per hour (min. 3 hours)
- Private event (with/without alcohol) - $918.68 + HST for 12 hours (2p.m. to 2a.m.)
- Kitchen - $35.60 + HST per hour
- Alcohol surcharge - 55% + HST per hour

- General public without alcohol - $264.12 + HST per day
- Non-profit without alcohol - $200.96 + HST per day
- For-profit without alcohol - $516.76 + HST per day
