Resurfacing of courts in Georgina will start on Monday, June 3, at the ROC (both pickleball and tennis), along with tennis courts at both Whipper Watson Park and Udora Hall.
Construction efforts are expected to take up to four weeks to complete, weather permitting, said the Town of Georgina.
The town notes work crews may not be on each site each day as work will need to be completed in stages.
During this time, all three locations will be considered “out of service” and the town encourages patrons to utilize drop-in offerings at the MURC, Georgina Gym, and Pefferlaw Sports Zone.
