Town Council has proclaimed the month of March as 'National Epilepsy Awareness Month' and Tuesday, March 26 as 'Purple Day' throughout the Town of Georgina to raise awareness, dispel the myths associated with this disease and to increase education. Purple Day invites those across the world to wear purple on March 26 in support of all individuals living with epilepsy; seizures do not define who you are.
