Non-profit rental with sales (minimum 3 hours) - $85.68 +HST per hour
For-profit rental/Sales (minimum 3 hours) - $117.23 +HST per hour
Private Event (with/without alcohol) - $467.48 +HST per 12 hours (2 p.m. to 2 a.m.)
Tournament - $257.04 +HST per day
*All hourly general rentals with alcohol will be subject to an alcohol surcharge of 55% per hour (For example: $45.20+55% = $70.06 +HST per hour).
