Conditions for a Garage Sale:
- No person shall conduct more than three garage/yard sales at the same location in a calendar year;
- Non-compliance of Bylaw 2002-0176(REG-1), or where a permit has been issued as a result of false or misleading statements or undertakings in the application, shall result in the permit being automatically revoked.
- All garage sale signs must be removed within 24 hours of the expiry of the permit. Signs are not permitted on utility poles.
