- No bookings are accepted in July and August unless the start time is 8 p.m. or later.
- Picnic areas are available upon request. A fee may apply, please visit the Parks, Picnic Areas and Picnic Shelters.

General Rental - $30.55 plus HST per hour
For-profit rental/Sales (min. 3 hours) - $85.95 plus HST per hour
Event (with/without alcohol) - $413.14 plus HST per 12 hours (2 p.m. to 2 a.m.)
Note: all hourly general rentals with alcohol will be subject to an alcohol surcharge of 65 per cent per hour (For example $30.55 plus 65 per cent = $47.35 plus HST per hour).
