The Keswick-Sutton Water Distribution System draws its source water from Lake Simcoe. York Region operates two Water Treatment Plants – Keswick Water Treatment Plant and Georgina Water Treatment Plant, and also owns and maintains the water storage tanks.
Water from Lake Simcoe is treated at both plants before being supplied to the Town’s distribution system. York Region conducts rigorous testing at each treatment plant and provides an annual report summarizing the results – Annual Water Quality Reports
